Thank you in advance for registering to win tickets to the upcoming 2010 George Strait Team Roping Classic in San Antonio March 13th at the San Antonio Rose Palace, for you and one guest. As a winner of this contest you will get to meet George Strait plus your chance to win a pair of tickets to a upcoming George Strait concert in Texas TBA.  We do not sell any of the information given to anyone and it is used for our own use, in this contest. If you are the winner of the tickets and the “Meet and Greet” with George Strait, with your e signature below on this document, 

you agree to the following contest rules:

1)        You give Rivera’s Machinery and it’s DBA’s, Hill Country Tractor , Daedong USA / Kioti Tractor, the authorization to use your picture(s), name, city and state where you live, in any media, print advertising, via internet advertising or websites that we choose promoting you as the winner and with no prior notice to you. Furthermore you will not be due any further winnings nor monetary reimbursement.

2)        Winning person must be 18 years old or older to win and must fill out information for 1099 income tax form and will be liable for all sales tax, if applicable, income tax and licensing fees.  No one connected with this promotion, directly or indirectly are eligible to win including Kioti Tractor Dealers, Kioti/ Dae Dong USA, Rivera’s Machinery, Hill Country Tractor employees or family members of, no person or family members of media used in this promotion (radio, television and print), no co- sponsors or their family members, or anyone with connection to this promotion.

3)        Must be a resident of Texas and must show proof as such.

4)     You waive any claims against, and will hold harmless, Rivera Machinery, Hill Country Tractor, and Daedong USA/Kioti Tractor, for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion including travel, lodging and any other loss arising from this event.
